i think it was @julieofthespirits who said this but i cant stop thinking about how the usa only appears to have low corruption because most corruption here is just legal.
@bikeshed literally half the things where US leaders are like "ohhhhh that geopolitically uncomfortbale country is very corrupt" half the things are for things that are just straight up legal in the US
