The American public must now understand, in the wake of today’s decision, that #Trump would now enter office knowing for certain exactly how he can abuse power and commit crimes using the power of the federal government, something he did not know last time. A frightening prospect.
@GottaLaff I didn’t read the opinion, but I have a question. Did Roberts make a distinction between official acts made in good faith that were later found to be illegal versus simply utilizing the “official” moniker as a cover for deliberate criminal behavior? In other words: intent.
