It's not "utterly baffling" if you consider that 2/3 of SCOTUS are nothing more than corrupt, GOP partisan hacks. A couple of them should have recused themselves and didn't, and others should never have been confirmed as SCOTUS justices in the first place. #SCOTUS

@uspolitics The decision follows well-settled law and so is not baffling.

Their taking four months to reach a result that a first-year law student would know, is baffling.
