@Snowshadow@GottaLaff Sometimes no matter how smart you are there simply aren't any good options. If he were smart and had the votes, he could have expanded the court and this never would have happened, but he said he didn't want to, and if he had wanted to he didn't have the votes. So either not smart or not an option.
Sometimes the smartest people in the world lose to dumb psychopaths. It happened in Germany in the 30s. It may happen here this year.
