@GottaLaff I do think it's pretty clear that conspiring to attack the Capitol because you're mad you lost the election isn't an official act. That's an act of Trump the candidate, not Trump the POTUS.
Likewise the classified docs case. He wasn't even POTUS at all for most of that.
