@Natasha_Jay I left the birdsite for the sake of my sanity, it was just a rage generator. I'm really happy on the little slice of the Fediverse I found & feel it causes me way less angst day-to-day. I understand the fediverse is far, far from perfect & not everyone is that fortunate, but everyday I feel more & more certain I've found my tribe

I think those who like the endorphins from arguing gravitate back to the old birdsite. For me here there's a nice intersection of quirkiness, tech, politics and genuine considerate people posting their interests. It depends on how one views social media, but I tend to dip in and out, and try to post things maybe others aren't ... whether articles or humor or whatever. Plus as trans it's safe and fully inclusive, we're part of the warp and weave here
