I feel like I'm going crazy can anyone tell me if this is a real creature? I suspect this is an AI generated image as it's breaking my brain.
Curvature of the body segments suggest the head is on the right, but the shield like segment seems like it could be a head. There are 8 legs/ antennae on the upper side, but 10 on the lower side but ... isopods have 14 legs and two antennae.
