Crunchyroll sent me a DMCA Takedown Notice on TeePublic on MY OWN bull character design called :DelgadoHa: Delgado that I made for MY OWN worldbuilding project :MW: MOULE WORLD, with NO relation to any of their IPs.
This is the second time it happened. The first time was on April 17 on my same design, which I reuploaded believing it was a mistake. I submitted a counterclaim, but got a response saying TeePublic needed to comply with IP law.

My design that was removed twice. It’s the face of a cartoon bull character called Delgado laughing with tears of joy, that I designed as a custom emoji for my own worldbuilding project “MOULE WORLD” and doesn’t have any relation to Crunchyroll’s intellectual properties.
Screenshot of the email I got from TeePublic, white text in a red background, titled “Your Design Has Been Removed From TeePublic” and reading:
“DMCA Takedown Notice
Dear MOULE,
We're sorry to inform you that an intellectual property claim has been filed by Crunchyroll, LLC against this design of yours on TeePublic:
Laughing Bull Delgado
How This Works:
Unfortunately, we have no say in which designs stay or go. According to our Intellectual Property Policy and the law, we are required to remove designs when a rightsholder sends us a valid takedown request. For more information, you can check out this article or read the DMCA in full here.
A Note From Us:
We know takedowns can be frustrating and at times feel vague, but I hope you can appreciate that we have to comply with the procedures required by the DMCA and similar laws. If you truly believe this was a mistake or want to file a counterclaim, please don't hesitate to reply to this e-mail.
Sincerely,
TeePublic“
