I don’t want you to write alt text like an LLM and I honestly think that there are a large number of blind people that just see their accessibility needs and they think society is not important, hence why our community tends to ignore other social issues like race and class and otherwise, but they see humans as the problem to societies ableism, so that’s why most are leaning very hard into dependance on tech so I think not every blind person should be taken seriously, especially if they exhibit views like these, but it’s still very good to know that most blind people really don’t like humans but I would like sighted people to see this thread in particular. There are actually a lot of blind people that prefer LLM descriptions over human ones but I have seen some very well written alt text on here.
