@Nonilex why doesn’t the GOP rebrand itself as the KKK party? They are clearly converging on the same agenda. It’s sad that to identify as conservative in the United States, you can’t help but be labeled a white supremacist, but maybe it’s always been that way.
One yr after #SCOTUS ended race-based admissions at Harvard & other #schools, court rulings have forced the removal of racial preferences from 2 major #covid relief prgms, a federal #contracting prgm that doles out $20B a yr, & even the US Minority #Business Development Agency [#MBDA], a 55-yr-old agency that was ordered in March to open its doors to all races. Meanwhile, private companies are acting preemptively, seeking to avoid #litigation by terminating #fellowships & #executive bonus prgms…
“The goal is complete race neutrality. That is the end goal of all this litigation,” said Daniel Lennington, a lawyer for the #Wisconsin Institute for #Law & Liberty (#WILL). “It’s a view of radical equality that we think is in line w/the Declaration of Independence.”
Encouraged by #SCOTUS’ #conservative majority, WILL & other groups have filed >100 lawsuits since 2021 challenging racial preferences & other efforts to address demographic disparities in #business, #government & #education….
More #lawsuits are in the pipeline. Through #SocialMedia, the #conservative#legal groups are urging ANYONE w/a GRIPE about racial preferences to give them a call.…

And at #AmericaFirstLegal, fmr #Trump adviser #StephenMiller warns in a promotional video that #corporate policies “punish Americans for being White, Asian or male” & advertises a toll-free phone number to call for free legal services.
