@JSharp1436 This is Sydney sandstone which was deposited in the Triassic Period - geologists have found that the sand that forms the bedrock of Sydney comes from rocks formed between 500 & 700 million years ago far to the south in what is now Antarctica. In the Early Cenozoic era, Australia was still connected to Antarctica.
