Mocked you?! That's bad. I love city books. Especially the good ones, but even mediocre ones often have a few cool ideas.
I mean, cities are fun and always have tons of things going on, but it's hard to improvise all those tons of things at the drop of a hat, so a book to get you on your way is great. Cities can contain all the elements of great adventures. If not at the surface, then hidden.
