I'd love, sometime, to discuss High-Trust Trad setting design, because it's something I love. But, it's non-essential.
Which is to say, I can easily run a #HTTRPG campaign in the Champions universe, and it's hard to imagine a lower-trust setting than the Champions universe. The setting wouldn't even put a drag on the process; it wouldn't slow us down a bit. So, the setting doesn't much matter as long as it's one everyone at the table digs.
