@sollat assume that'd be by using a TV antenna and watching it over the air (after rescanning your tuner to pick up the digital subchannel). Though since you have cable, I assume Comcast will add it at some point (if your local MeTV station is carrying Toons).

I saw something called “Toon in with Me” and a few episodes of The Flinstones. Everything else was a collection of shows that were always repeated on TV in the 70’s and 80’s.
