He loses all the time, and must know he loses, yet never admits it, does he not admit it even to himself? He recites the same tedious patter at every rally, does he lack the self-awareness to realize his mind is a barren, shit-bestrewn wasteland of futility? He sees 'Trump is demented' everywhere in the media, he mangles words, and phrases, forgets names, goes off on fabulous stories about sharks, and boats, pulls a dozen lying 'Sir!' anecdotes out of his ass.. then in the next breath declares himself a genius, and smiles like a bloated pompous fool as the braindead audience cheers - because they reflexively cheer everything he says, however stupid. I agree, that despite all the evidence, Trump really believes he's an all-powerful genius, which ironically proves that dementia has reduced his brain to a few scraps of rotting neurons, possessing ZERO self-awareness.
