Anyone interested in moving up to the mountains?

My partner and I live in Nederland CO. Our current housemates are moving out (they're getting married, yay!) and we're looking for 1-2 people to move in.

I'll post more details in a reply to this toot, and I'm happy to answer questions too!

    @SJohnRoss It's still a fun and quirky town, but sadly starting to turn into "Little Boulder".

    That said, there are a lot of redeeming qualities up here (clean air, access to nature, fairly quiet) and I don't see myself ever wanting to live anywhere else!
