Anyone have any tips for cutting double row right angle header pins? I have a brunch of these, need to cut them down into 2x2. Flush cutters work but really butcher them leaving jagged edges. Tried looking for a 3D printed cutter tool or something, haven't found any yet.
@alpenglow@jasoncoon this is my bead lathe setup that I use for cutting female headers. Nicer if you pull a pin and cut in the gap, but you can cut between pins if careful.

Proxxon has a cheap-ish shell that holds their spindle tool in a vise. Please wear protective goggles, though. Those discs shatter so easily.
@claudius@kaybee335@Unixbigot@jasoncoon I’m doing my best to get in the habit of wearing safety glasses over my normal glasses anytime I use a Dremel no matter the bit. They tend to spray stuff everywhere.
