Putin’s Kharkiv offensive is a failure. The turning point was the decision by the allies to let Ukraine take out Russian targets inside Russia, making it hard to supply the invaders in Ukraine.
Supportive artillery positions, and supply convoys have been bombed extensively in Russia, and multiple videos document how the invaders are being pushed north out of Vovchansk, city block by city block.
It appears, Ukraine has decided to level the north of the city, eliminating thousands of Russians.
