No, mifepristone is NOT "safe" from SCOTUS. Not yet.
The Supreme Court ruled only on a procedural issue -- saying the far-right org that sued did not have standing to sue.
Only real bona fide injured parties can sue.
The right wingers will be back with another challenge soon.
