@Natasha_Jay I fancy they missed a trick. Anybody can have a coffee with a friend; public transport users can spend hours in the pub with them with a clear conscience.
@Natasha_Jay This is a really bad idea... They are training people to ignore service information, and so when there is something important there, a reasonable amount of people will think it's just motivational stuff they aren't interested in
