I get it—@JoeBiden is an institutionalist. But when you have an ENTIRE political party destroying US institutions you cannot afford to limit your attacks to just one person. Orange Thug is a SYMPTOM, not the CAUSE. The Republican Party has done damage to the US for 50 YEARS.
