So the court maintains that she did defame him with that video but that defamation is allowed to stay online and in the public? That makes no sense to me.
I'm generally not one to say anything about CW, but this definitely needs to be labeled with such. It's a far-right, very bigoted site. So far I'm seeing weight-shaming, transphobia, antisemitism... who knows what else. I had to stop reading.

@DemocracyMattersALot You can’t find enough bad things to say about a literal fascist without repeatedly harping on her weight and physical appearance and implying that being fat is a sign of fascism (and, for some bizarre reason, that it’s surprising when thin, pretty women are fascists)?
