@NyakoKitty What a couple! How is the name of the other cat? I always appreciate my pictures for the fact that they preserve the past for us. Pictures keep memories fresh. And they are not gone as long as we remember them 💔
Neko is in the front and his brother Pi in the background. We lost Pi to cancer almost 2 years ago and we miss him everyday 🩷 But like you said, pictures preserve the wonderful memories 🌸
@NyakoKitty Damn, he had cancer too? Well, there is something wrong in the way we humans breed our animals. Our Daffy, a Maine Coon, has big problems with bones and joints. Just too big for a cat. And the horses... I think there is not one horse in our stable that doesn't have health problems. Bones, lungs, skin, ... you name it. The vet is our best friend 🙄
You are so right! Pi was a diabetic cat taking insulin shots twice daily before the referral vet discovered a high grade lymphoma. Very sad…I do question breeding practices these days? All I can say is thank goodness we have pet insurance, the vet bills were and continue to be astronomical 💸 Sending healing vibes to all your horses ❤️🩹
@NyakoKitty We only have one horse, Cognac, the other horses in the stable belong to other people. One horse ruins you already. lol But there are people that have 4 horses. I don't know how they finance this. Was Pi cooperative with daily insulin shots? Pills are already a disaster with our cats 👹
I conditioned Pi with food to take his insulin shots. He was wonderful at it, bless his heart! Now, trying to get a pill down him was another story lol! 😳 I have to give Neko 3 chemo tablets every two weeks, he tolerates it with the assistance of a licky stick, these treats really help 😊
@NyakoKitty Be happy! No treats help with our cats. Daffy had some teeth pulled almost a year ago due to FORL. Now she can ‘only’ bite you with three fangs.
