@breadandcircuses The thing with "business as usual" is that I'm seeing a lot of property damage and reduced agricultural yields.

Even if there is zero consideration given to the fact that our habitat is being very severely degraded, the line will not keep going up, no matter how well the narrative is controlled.

At some point the weather simply wrecks our shit and business as usual breaks down.

And that point doesn't seem very far off. Might not even take as long as 5 years from now.
