deborahh , 1 month ago @Snowshadow @GottaLaff a nutritionist I follow pointed out that the ones made from grains (oat, rice) are carb-heavy and can mess with blood sugar/insulin. So I went for almond - though I had to hunt to find one that''s UNsweetened.
