In this bed (plan is to rotate with the other one) is sunflowers and tomatoes on the left, mixed in with them is arugula, carrots and cucumbers....

Interestingly, only this one still has the purple. There used to be yellow, white and pink too. They’ve been slowly losing colours when they come back. I do deadhead them when the bloom is spent....

Installed some new rain barrels, so just wanted to see how it compared to tap. Just using some HM Digital meters to test.

Corn is finally peeking out, but something has been digging it up and chomping seedlings, too. I shotgunned it, so I can afford the losses. More stuff in a comment to follow

Bought a couple star gazer lilys from Lowe’s about 5 years ago and they’ve been multiplying every year. This winter I’ll need to dig out some bulbs cause it’s getting thick and over crowded in that pot....

Basically the question above. My legacy plant growing in the same pot is doing just fine, but the Sunshine seems to be struggling. We’ve been getting a lot of rain lately so I haven’t been watering as much, is it just thirsty? Should I give it some fertilizer? I’m in Zone 8a and planted them about two weeks ago....

Hi All, my fava beans are being eaten by black ants , no aphids. the ants themselves seem to be sucking the juice out of the leaves, leaving black spots where they have been nibling....

We got some tomatoe, pepper and marigold starts from HD, some sunflowers I started, there is also watermelon radishes, cucumbers, kale, basil and some carrots in there as well....
