Crispy skin salmon on top of farro with asparagus, spinach, and a dijon vinaigrette. Not a bad way of emptying the fridge.

Used this recipe for the panna cotta (though I did fudge the numbers on the gelatin and just used the whole packet since there wasn't really enough to save) and this recipe for the raspberry sauce. She uses sour cream in her recipe which I've never heard of, I might try it next time but for right now I just wanted the basic...

The dumplings didn't turn out as pretty as I like but for a first attempt I'm very happy. They just didn't want to release from the pan.
The prime rib was roasted at 200° F to 123° internal temperature and then reverse seared....

Strawberry and vanilla flavour
I wass lucky enough to find some morels while walking the dog today, so I made pasta with morels and wild garlic and a cocktail made with homemade elder syrup.
Basic loaf in the back and blueberry in the front. I try to make them every Sunday to be used in breakfasts and lunches throughout the work week.
Made an awesome dish this afternoon of spicy Korean eggplant. It was a hit! The eggplant was nice and creamy, and the sauce had a nice heat to it. I'll definitely be making this again, and it's so cheap to make, which is also a win....
