Okay, so it looks like our main character eats her egg on the side, but the cookbook recipe was for the raw egg in the rice, so I did both. And of course, miso soup. Ready to start the day!
These are basically samoas (the Girl Scout cookie) built on top of full sized Scottish shortbreads, laden with caramel, toasted coconut, and dipped in chocolate. Normal samoas are designed so you can eat the whole box before you hate yourself. These accomplish that aim with just one.
I swap the meat out between chicken and beef, but I cook once every 8-12 days. The secret is the spicy mayo/teriyaki sauce with homemade fried rice. Oh and that jar of blueberries, that is my first attempt at basic fermentation!

Next time you make schnitzel, add lots of sesame seeds to the crumb mixture and use panko breadcrumbs which are chunkier and lighter than normal breadcrumbs. Katsu sauce is like am extremely mild curry gravy, with brown sugar in it. Very nice!...
