Updating permissions on Firefox for Android

I'm getting an alert that BitWarden needs a new permission on my devices, but can't figure out how to do that, clicking on the alert simply opens Firefox and I can't find anything in settings or add ons, so how does one do this?

I was confused by this same thing. Afaik clicking accept within the notification did the trick because it's working, and when I clicked into the add-ons manager and checked permissions for Bitwarden, I didn't see anything amiss.
