It underscores how the administration is racing to get green money out the door before a possible change in control of the White House after the 2024 election.

Which in effect means that we’re reaping the benefits of having Democratic majorities in both houses of Congress during the 2020-2021 session.

We are going to need to shift from cow-based cheeses to plant-based ones to lower methane produced by cattle. We can still produce similar flavor and texture though.

I'm not so sure... those vegan cheeses usually use nuts, and that often means lots of water. It's probably better than beef farming, but that doesn't help when the soil is dry...
