In principle, people have to fill the "language field' before posting. If you set it properly you'll see only languages you'll understand.
this field is also quite important for visually impaired user, who use tech like "screen reader". So it's worth trying to use-it.
Also please don't downvote language you don't understand, on a small community (because not many lemming speaks that language), if a thread gets 5-10 downvotes there is no way for the locals to bring-it back to positive
