Every episode has the standard problem in beginning and resolution at end kind of story, but it did something that I've seen no other cartoon do before. Each episode had a different song that played, and the were pretty much all different genres. You had blues with A Rich Shade of Blue, (watered down kids) rap with All We Want Is Your Soul, and jazz with My Mentor, and others as well.
Closest I've seen are cartoons like Phineas and Ferb who do songs in the middle of an episode, but it's not the same since the genre is usually more pop like.
