Karaoke singing is very popular in Taiwan. Apart from the large karaoke parlours, or K-TV as they are called in Taiwan, there are also Mini-K-TVs throughout the city, like in this MRT station in Da'an district.

The image is a color photograph taken in Taipei, showing two individuals standing in front of two adjacent kiosks labeled "The COCO BAR." These kiosks are designed for private karaoke sessions, as indicated by the "MiNi K.T.V." signage on the screens inside each kiosk. The individuals, seen from behind, appear to be examining the kiosks, possibly preparing to use them.
