Another factor is the spaces that offices take up or the power used whilst unoccupied, these space could be used for housing or maybe even industry.

Its great that no one drives to your work but this is more uncommon than common.

In conclusion: work from home is better.

People speak in absolutes as it gets the point across. Also socialism is pretty hot here I myself am a democratic socialist and I have said "kill landlords/rich/owner class" but in reality when the socialist party get in the owner class wont be murder but forced to pay more taxes, slowly forgo they're business and property.

Living in a house share 4 years ago giving my god awful landlord over half my paycheck from full time employment as a cafe manager meant I was unable to save.

it may not but as a guess, society tends to move inline with bettering the human condition capitalism was better than mercantilism but still leaves many to suffer, so socialism is the natural direction unless something comes up that we haven't thought of yet.

Lemmy is very close to getting a koala community

Even though I have most of stuff ready for the koala community that I have in mind and found some cute koala clipart I would like to use with the banner, I'm currently having a bit of difficulty in regards to the background of the banner. What Spotify to YouTube MP3 downloader for Android do you recommend?

I was using Spotiflyer for a while because it worked well and was available through F-Droid but it seems like the creator has moved on to an app called SoundBound that I haven't seen in the megathread or any of the other sites listed in the Other Treasures section....

Spotube and libretube, they both down load ive only ever used the downloaded content within app and am unsure of they're respective formats
