Wie darf ich mir das vorstellen, bekommt den verfolgte Oppositionelle einen Brief nach Hause, in dem steht, dass kein Zweifel daran besteht, dass er verfolgt wird, ihm in seinem Heimatland Tod und verderben drohen und die zuständige Behörde im Namen der Bundesrepublik weiter alles gute und viel Erfolg wünschen?
