moreover, you might want to consider how the idea that a citizens' arrest will end the massacre is merely an assumption at this point, and as such certainly constitutes no grounds for personal attacks… and it's not as if legitimate grounds for such attacks exist in the first place…

i'd say that there wouldn't be sufficient legal grounds for a citizen's arrest in the US in the case of PM Netanyahu & DM Gallant : for one, the arrest warrants have been requested, but not yet granted at this point… moreover, the US is not a member of the ICC and does not recognize its jurisdiction…

quite likely, or at the very least that's what it looks like… yet that would raise the problem of taking justice in one's own hands…

the international community has (generally) agreed that specific institutions (for instance, the UNSC, the ICJ, and the ICC) would handle such situations… it's up to them to duly establish what is fact and what is mere appearance, or even utter fiction, and to rule accordingly…
