Doc, what is your read on the COVID Deaths tally for 2022 falling below those for Unintentional Injuries?

I'm also a health practitioner and trying to process Figure 4 from https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db492.htm as well as the concept of Long Covid, while talking to my patients.
