pre-this insane ruling Biden could do all manner of things by executive order. Just like Trump did. "But why didn't he Cameron?" I hear you asking. Because he's a cowardly, spineless, neo-liberal centrist who serves the same corporate masters as the rest of the political elite and his one major concern is upholding and entrenching empire. ARE YOU ALL NEW HERE?

also I saw a thing that said "if we all saw people from the 'third world' as fully human, we'd be forced to admit that US presidents have had impunity for quite some time" and yeah, that. Like, they really didn't need a ruling for this. ALSO most of our political systems were written by idiots who might as well have been libertarian economists "Look, everyone will be a good faith actor and it will all work out based on merit". To which, as always, I wonder aloud...

Sad (but totally believable) that people are only freaking out now because they think Trump might do to white Americans what the U.S. has been doing to brown people in the rest of the world for like, ever.

Some people just don’t have a single internationalist bone in their bodies it seems.

“Are you all new here?” pretty much sums up my thoughts atm.
