If you see a new youTube channel with a plain sounding name like "NatureView" or "BrightScience" etc. and there is what looks like a tempting video on a specific education topic "Most Active Volcanoes" or "Incredible Carnivorous Plants"

There is a 50/50 chance it will be a generated voice with stock footage and a script written by GPT.

I am now avoiding videos if I don't recognize the creator, or don't see signs it was made by a person.

So much spam!

My contemporaries would do better to ask how one could stop time traveling rather than searching for ways to start. And even travel into the past is an easy thing-- that surprises you I see!

You have traveled into the past many times, as have I. Time travel is easy. The actual issue is realizing that one has been transported.

Proposal. When you elect a congressperson you get a little program for your phone, or on a dedicated device. It's basically a tamagotchi avatar of your congress person. You can feed them, and they can send you messages and their votes show up like little achievements so you can praise or scold them.

If you neglect them too much they "die" and your vote is withdrawn. If they loose too much confidence (too many let them die) they are out of office and there is a special election.
