Coraline in 3D!

@neilhimself 's beautiful story is being rereleased in its 3D version in some theatres this summer!

I've never seen Coraline on screen, and from what I hear, the 3D version is a 3D movie that actual works and is remarkable to watch. It's not playing in my little city, but it feels like it could be worth driving to a nearby city to see. A little road trip might be in our future 💛💙♥️

NYC needs a cryptid. Why can't we have a cool sneaky creature that people keep seeing? Maybe it steals lobster rolls or something. It's gotta fly obviously and run over rooftops.

And it makes cellphones loose signal and electronics go haywire.

@philip_cardella @Beachbum @arstechnica Apple's marketing, even back in the 90s, showed they were pretty evil.

From back then I don't recall a single time they discussed the merits of their computers without spending at least twice the time shitting on everything else.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't until the iPod that Apple finally started to sell a product entirely on its own merits without attacking its competitors. They never really stopped using attack ads in the PC space
