The most amazing thing just happened to me. I slept the whole night and did not need to take any sleeping pills. I thought there was going to be some kind of extended fight with my brain to start sleeping unaided, but no. THE FIRST NIGHT I was unemployed.

EDIT: many people have pointed out that the breaker will still trip, and in fact this is actually required by fire code.

@jerry Um... that is not how Circuit Breakers are supposed to work.

Though one could argue that by not shutting off the breaker when there is a problem, a fire could result, causing need for an alarm.
