If youre still masking in public thank you, and if you have stopped, it is never too late to restart! There is never shame in making a change to be safer/more inclusive! This summer surge that is boiling up right now is probably going to catch a lot of people by suprise, unaware, and unprepared.

Do your best to protect yourself, your loved ones, your friends, your colleagues, and your community. We can all play a role in making things even a bit safer from covid!

so. in January I was in a bad car accident. fractured spine, ruptured discs, cracked pelvis, broken arm. last 4 months have been v hard. tonight though I'm going back to my adult dance class for the first time. I wasn't sure I'd ever even walk properly again so this is a moment for me. a good one

I saw someone elsewhere talking about the power of this, but I wanted to say it here:

I see a lot of you going through a lot of hard [or honestly terrible] things and still trying your best, and even trying your best to still help others, too. And we might just be internet-acquaintances, but I'm proud of ya and I see it.

Woke up early for some photography yesterday, and got to experiment with a few new techniques <3

an early morning photograph of a lone, barren, and snow dusted tree in the middle of green fields. A large bird, likely a hawk, sits in the upper branches of the tree, surveying the landscape. The sky is a soft pasetel pink, blue, and purple with hints of orange. A blue haze sits over the entire scene, awaiting its turn to evaporate as the sun rises higher.

    The magnolia buds are just starting to crack here. I need one of these in my own yard. I think my neighbor might be getting weirded out by me always taking photos toward their house.

    A more distant view of the tree, with dark branches and lots of white buds with a few hints of pink.
