I have been Doing Landscaping! I took this from a weedy patch full of junk and piled garden crap to this in a week:

@LeviKornelsen Thank you! I have about 6 years of deferred (illness, covid, etc) projects to get to, inside and out.

How dangerous would it be if someone with anaphyactic reactions to egg yolk was downwind (about 2 miles) of an industrial-size chicken farm with a laying barn on fire?

We're going to find out!

The smoke plume is going directly over my house.

Classic case of how extenuating circumstances should include "sure but it was fucking hilarious, your honor"

My mother did this as a child, for weeks, and it scared the living shit out of the caretaker. She'd dress in a vintage dress she'd found in a charity shop, ride her bike to the graveyard, and wander around in the evening and early morning mists.

She says he cried "AHA! Caught you, little bitch!" then spanked her and sent her home with threats of police when he finally caught her. (It was the 1950s, spanking other people's kids was normal.)

And, done! A little booklet of basic euro-fantasy "starter cultures" for use in worldbuilding:

@LeviKornelsen As a baker who dabbles in fermented doughs, I love this title.

@KeithAmmann Somewhere I saw an image of birds (don't recall what sort) who had used removed anti-bird spikes to frame out their nests.

Same energy, really.

We are watching Amityville in Space.

I cannot express how terrible this movie is.
The sets, where they are not the cheapest stock greenscreen scifi backgrounds, are space blankets, duct tape, and office furniture.

The robot is a pudgy dude in a reflective mask and a thin satin onesie. You can see the camera reflected in his mask.
