NuraShiny , to AI in How Gradient created an open LLM with a million-token context window

Oh hey look, another community to block.

NuraShiny , to World News in Two astronauts wait to come home as Boeing races to understand spacecraft issues

Definitely the bravest people we have. Fyling Boeing... wow.

NuraShiny , to Palestine in I support a two state solution

Just give them Bavaria.

NuraShiny , to Pulse of Truth in Experts found information of European politicians on the dark web

Oh no, not the politicians! Is nothing sacred any more?! They will sell normal people's information next...oh wait.

NuraShiny , to Automotive Industry in New Tesla Autopilot team jobs get posted hinting that mass layoffs might be nearing its end

"Hey buddy, would you like to work on an impossible task 14 hours a day and then get shitcanned a year or two later?"

NuraShiny , to Asklemmy in Which adaptation do you think has surpassed its source material in quality?

The Bocchi the Rock anime vs the Manga. The Manga is by no menas bad, but it is a 4 panel gag affair which has very little of the dynamism and weird jokes of the anime. I really want them to make more of it.

NuraShiny , to Death to NATO in Force Russia to make peace, Zelensky cries

"I don't believe you will only hit children ,so this is denied!"

NuraShiny , to Memes @ Reddthat in Chair, to the boardroom!

What an office really needs is more sitting and more being run over in the hallways by nerds on mobility scooters.

NuraShiny , (edited ) to Thoughts on ...? in Thoughts on Kerbal Space Program?

It's not really a game game, as in you can't just fire it up with tired brain and expect good results. I guess if you like to explode rockets in unexpected ways that's still good fun ^^

If you actually invest brain power in it, it is very good and can teach you a lot about physics and managing your first landing on some other orbital body feels real good.

NuraShiny , to Science in Pythagorean Theorem Found On Clay Tablet 1,000 Years Older Than Pythagoras

People used to live longer back then, just look at the bible.

NuraShiny , to World News in Amnesty: World seeing near breakdown of international law amid wars in Gaza and Ukraine

"The thing we made up and that never worked to help people...is failing! OOOOH NOOOOO!"

NuraShiny , to Lemmy in Should Lemmy buy ads on Reddit?

No. You don't want people's first exposure to the fediverse to be something annoying.

Also, anyone with a modicum of understanding is already blocking ads. Do we really want the dregs of the internet that don't do so?

NuraShiny , to Science Memes in this one goes out to the arts & humanities

Because it's a useful emotion.

NuraShiny , to Science Memes in this one goes out to the arts & humanities

I would like you to know that if you say this, or other things you said in this thread to my face, I would punch the smug out of you.

Remember this post in a few years when your billion dollar theft machines have shut down for being huge wastes of money and effort and the few survivors, if any, have been sectioned off into expensive subscription models that you are priced out of because they need to make the literal billions of dollars it costs to make and run them back at some point.

This is the same-ass bubble as NFTs and crypto and it will also die.

NuraShiny , to Memes in Capitalism illustrated

The StarTrek guy here explaining how capitalism works. Thank you.
