How many days do your wear your socks before changing them?

Some people change their socks every single day, to me that's a little to much. I'm more of a 2-3days kinda guy. Is changing socks each day absolutely necessary?...

Edit: okay to add more substance agreeing with you, Darn Tough socks, and in general merino wool socks, is a life changer. I didn't believe it initially because I live in a tropical country, but dangit merino wool socks is magical. It still feels cool when I'm stationary. Sure it gets a bit warm when I'm walking about, but I still don't get that damp feeling with typical cotton socks. Feetill dry the end of the day and sock still doesn't smell.
