Most of this could be done with removing lobbying and just call it what it is: bribes. I bet you, once that (which would be extremely hard to pass congress) passes america would be a lot better

Years ago I had to explain to my own mother, that registering for a party doesnt dictate your vote. She thought if she signed up as a Democrat she would only be able to vote for Democrats.

Not the one concerned, but the two party system used to include the wigs. One party can get dismantled and I think it would only happen with bottom up pressure, and grass roots.
