Hi German here, we say fuck ICE a lot because it's a fast Train who always comes late. But to make a long story short, I am missing something here, what does ICE stand for?

To make a short answer, unnecessarily long, with lots of useless words, which have absolutely nothing to do with the question, and the on top bothering you with a famous German pick up line like, Sprich deutsch du Rosenhuhn, Just to come to the conclusion, that I used it a second time, and I have never seen another using it so far, so probably no, but what do I know, I mean seriously what do I know?
