Is there a way to filter your explore/posts feed by language?

I follow a few users who post in English and German and I get a lot of German language posts in my non-home feed.

Just to be clear these are not posts or boosts by these users themselves.

But I assume the explore/posts feed now mix in posts in German because of these follows?

Any ideas @FediTips?

Yes, there's a language filter:

...which feed is it specifically?

If it's the Local feed that shows all public posts on your server, if it's Federated it shows all public posts visible from your server.

No, there is no algorithm on here. You don't need to worry about follows having any hidden effects.

p.s. Explore will show recently boosted posts visible to your server in any language. It's nothing to do with your behaviour, the same posts will be shown to everyone on your server.
