As someone with bipolar and is doing well after years of struggle this brought me to tears. Its honestly heartbreaking to know how much this country just truly doesn't give a fuck about the mentally ill. When you consider the huge rate of overlap of mentally ill and addicts and the lack of help for either its devastating, I'm so tired of going to funerals.

As an anarchist in recovery I found myself drawn to refuge recovery, its not inherently anarchist but its a recovery program based on atheistic Buddhism that promotes the idea that you can put an end to your suffering. Honestly in my mind the best phone is a used one with lineage, like my oneplus 8t was $130 it's in great shape with 256gb and I'm relatively confident it'll receive updates for years to come from Lineage.

Yeah, I've heard the same, ofc it's anecdotal but most of the people I know that have done that still wound up using heroin again but yes it's definitely a plus
