One of the best RPG soundtracks on the SNES is one you may have missed. Bahamut Lagoon was a Squaresoft game that never made it out of Japan (you can get fan translations though). The music was composed by Noriko Matsueda, and I think it rivals the Final Fantasy soundtracks. It's #VGMWednesday and todays theme is #SuperSixteenBit One of my favorite and most played Sega Megadrive (Genesis) games was Streets of Rage 2. The soundtrack is still a banger!
